Book Review:
“The Man Who Hated Work and Loved Labor — The Life and Times of Tony Mazzocchi” This is a fascinating book about a labor leader who has had tremendous influence on our lives, but whose name is not even known by millions of Americans. Please read my review.

This is a New Blog

I’ve been wanting to do it for a long time. Every time I sent a letter to the editor of a newspaper and it didn’t get printed, I wanted a blog. Whenever I saw a politician lie or stick a knife into the hopes of the people he or she was supposed to represent, I wanted a blog. If I paid good money for some product that didn’t work, I wanted a blog. Now I have one. I’m keeping the content this web site has had in the past, and I hope I haven’t broken any links that anyone has.

Blogging is still new to me, so please pardon me if everything doesn’t go smoothly at first or if I’ve missed some errors in the site. I’ll try to put something out here at least once or twice a week, maybe more if I have time. Sometimes the entries will be longer, sometimes shorter, but I’ll try to keep them simple and direct. If I ever come across as arrogant, then I wrote something badly. I’m really not, and arrogance is something I rail against.

There is a lot I have to say, and getting to it will take a while, one word at a time. I hope you enjoy it. And now, on with the show!
